DISCOVER OUR PHILOSOPHY.
Advantage Foods (AFPL) works with multiple Not for Profits to bridge gaps in society. Through Writer’s Cafe, it provides a platform for “The Spastic Society of Tamil Nadu”, by providing vocational training for its students in the art of pastry making, ice cream crafting, and popcorn production. The students are then provided with full-time opportunities with AFPL and its affiliate companies.
The special women of PCVC (International Foundation for Prevention of Crime and Victim Care) and SANKALP – a school that nurtures children with special learning difficulties (SLD) and autism spectrum disorders (ASD) as well as facilitating work skill acquisitions. Profits go to supporting their cause and improvement towards their self-reliance.
We also currently employ acid burnt and domestically abused victims who have been training with us, honing their culinary skills in baking and confectionery. The aim of our project is set on Inclusivity, which breaks social norms.
